Topic 5: Peasants’ Revolt
To date, little evidence has been found of the peasants’ revolt in Lincolnshire.
However, as the revolt could be seen as a symptom of social change, it may be that this is an occasion where the study of the medieval landscape as a whole could provide insight into an episode of military history.
