Heritage Futures workshop offered by Heritage Lincolnshire in partnership with Rose Regeneration

Heritage Lincolnshire has recently received a Resilient Heritage grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund and is working in partnership with Rose Regeneration to develop a new Business Plan. We would like to share the techniques that can help other heritage organisations in Lincolnshire who are operating in these challenging economic times.

Date: Friday 27th April 2018
Time: 9.30am – 12.30pm, followed by a complementary walking tour at 1.00pm
Venue: Friends Room, Exchequergate House, 18A Minster Yard, Lincoln LN2 1PX

The workshop will be led by Liz Bates, CEO of Heritage Lincolnshire and Ivan Annibal of Rose Regeneration and is aimed to help heritage organisations build their resilience and capacity. The workshop programme has been developed to help other heritage focused organisations benefit from the learning and good practice arising from that process.
The workshop will cover current heritage landscape and trends, effective components of business planning, specific heritage issues such as audience development and asset management and measuring impact and value. The session is based around practical action planning and participants will leave the meeting with a template for action to help them move their own organisations forward.
Lunch: a sandwich lunch will be provided at 12.30

Tour: 1.00pm a 2 hour complementary walking tour of the Bail area of Lincoln led by Ivan, who is an experienced guide with Hidden Lincoln
