"Look closely in the light of a torch at the walls of our historic buildings, trees, caves and rockfaces and you will see a world of graffiti left that illuminates the psychology of our ancestors. The study of historic graffiti enables us to hear the lost voices of ordinary individuals through their images..."
Join us in Heckington as we welcome James Wright as your tutor for this fascinating short course on Historic Graffiti. The course will be classroom based in the morning but in the afternoon will move the short distance to our impressive village church, St Andrew's, where James will help you find, and discover the meaning of, the graffiti that has been left over the years.
Tea, coffee & biscuits provided.
Booking is essential. For an enrolment form please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01529 461499.
