Join award-winning Sadie Hirst for an exciting exploration of our culinary heritage through cookbooks, kitchenalia and a hands-on opportunity to make your own food from the past.
Sadie Hirst is a member of the British Society of Baking and Select Lincolnshire and a fifth generation Lincolnshire baker. Her Victorian antecedents owning Chambers Mill in Alford. Together with her Husband Russell, they own a multi award winning butchers shop in Woodhall Spa.
