Pin Loom Weaving Workshop

October 7 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Join us, IN PERSON, with our local tutor, Tracy, at our newly renovated venue, The Old King’s Head.

Pin loom weaving is growing in popularity because the looms are small enough to be handheld, they’re portable, they come in all shapes and sizes.  In this class we’ll talk about different kinds of pin looms, the various wool that can be used, plain and patterned designs, and – most importantly – ideas of what to do with all the shapes you weave.

In this 3-hour course you can learn that basic skill of weaving on a pin loom and leave with a finished pin loom woven shape. Participants will have the opportunity to try out a 2” square pin loom and a 4” (10cm) pin loom. There will be samples of pin loom woven projects plus the opportunity to ask questions.

Tickets can be bought from our shop and if this isn’t the first time you’ve paid more why don’t you become a member and start saving?
