Wet felting

A one session course...6hrs for £18, concessions available or free to new learners.

Fancy learning a new skill? Join tutor, Robyn Smith, for the day learning the traditional art of wet felting, a process using soap and water to turn the wool into felt. This course is suitable for beginners.

On this one session course which is free to new learners, you will start the day by making a flat piece of felt. Robyn will then show you how to make a felt bowl/ vessel using the resist technique to make 3d objects.

You will be get use silk fibres, wool yarns and other fibres to embellish your felt.

This lifelong learning course is part of the Grow programme organised by the Lincolnshire County Council Community Learning service. We aim to attract new learners and courses are open to all aged 19 and over on 31 August 2018.
