A new talk series about food history with Mark Dawson – Talk 3

Many famous Continental cheeses are made with sheep milk, but England also has a long history of sheep milk cheese.  This talk traces a 1000 years of English sheep milk cheese from Anglo-Saxon times to the present day.

Talk 1- Wednesday 28th April at 7.30pm – To Everything a Season? Seasonal food in Tudor England

Talk 2 – Wednesday 26th May at 7.30pm – Food and drink in middling households in the 16th and 17th centuries

A combination ticket is available and saves you money if you’re planning on attending all 3 talks in the series.

Combination tickets for the remaining two talks are priced at £7 for existing Heritage Lincolnshire members and £12 for Non-members.
