Invitation to Quote – Governance Consultant for “The Old Town Hall: Arts at the Heart of Bourne” Project
Heritage Lincolnshire, acting on behalf of the Bourne Town Hall Trust, are seeking to commission a Governance Consultant to ensure that Bourne Town Hall Trust is resilient and with capacity to effectively manage the NLHF round 2 delivery phase.
The Project:
The project aims to create a community arts centre at the Old Town Hall in Bourne which, until 2014, stood empty. Our Grade II listed building, which formally housed the court room for Bourne upstairs, the covered ‘shambles’ market and local fire station downstairs, will become a vibrant community space open to all that celebrate the arts: serving and entertaining the people of Bourne, and visitors to the region.
Scope of Work:
The Governance Consultant will undertake a Governance review and prepare a report to include costed recommendations.
