Heritage Lincolnshire has a newly created Officer Manager position, which is pivotal in supporting our team of 30 staff and over 250 volunteers. The postholder will ensure the efficient running of our main office, The Old School in Heckington, and will be responsible for personnel, health and safety, training and policies for the charity.
