With the King’s Coronation in 2023, we take a look at the late Queen’s story from childhood to Coronation.
The story of the childhood of Princess Elizabeth of York to the placing of the crown on her head on 2nd June 1953 which made her the Queen of the United Kingdom and 14 other Commonwealth realms.

A talk from Melanie Gibson-Barton, a full time speaker. Melanie has delivered talks to an enormous variety of groups of all sizes over the years.
From auditoriums to a conservatory in a back garden, from Annual Council Meetings for WI Federations and AGMs to meetings of National Trust, U3A, military societies, WIs, horticultural, friendship, church, Rotary, ARA, Probus, Soroptimists, CSMA Boundless, Trefoil and Oddfellows societies. From audiences of 600 to a twice-yearly booking for five ladies in South London and from After Dinner Talks to afternoon tea parties. Melanie has passed auditions to become a registered speaker and is featured in numerous Speakers Handbooks where you will find her name on national speaker registers such as Mirthy and the national website Public Speakers Corner.
