Shadow Work Part 1 & 2

Join us online, with Flange & Prong, for these interesting workshops, both session need to be attended.

The first half of this workshop explains what shadow work is, and why it is so important to our personal and spiritual growth. You will be given prompt questions and encouraged to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences. We talk about why we may have ‘triggers’ and how shadow work can help us to work through them. At the end of the session, you will have a list of prompts to work through, until we catch up in the second session. The second part of the talk is a supportive session in which we can share our more recent experience of shadow work and offer guidance for how to continue on your journey.
