Join us, IN PERSON, for an interesting morning, learning how to make a Corn Dolly.

You will be constructing a corn dolly called a Sunspray - this is a traditional Inca design which was made as a house protector. It is constructed by joining three beginner level corn dollies together making an intermediate design. Please bring a pair of scissors and a ruler (not a tape measure).

During the workshop you will also learn about the development and folklore that surrounds this disappearing country craft.

Date: Saturday 30th October 2021

Time: 10am - 1pm

Venue: The Old King's Head, 28 High Street. Kirton PE20 1EG - our newly restored 16th century coaching inn.
