HOD – A Walk and Talk. Ryhall Road in Stamford. Local History On Your Doorstep

Within a mile of McDonalds on Ryhall Road in Stamford you have the sites of two large engineering firms, the Workhouse, a Children’s Home, a link to King Edward VIIIth, the childhood home of a writer of young adult fiction that led to a successful TV Series, and a World War Two bomb site. Guided walk and talk supported by Stamford Local History Society.
