|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every day that begins at 11:00 am, repeating until 18 September 2022

Part of the Lincolnshire HODs Festival 2022

Come aboard a working 1960s vintage outside broadcast truck. Operate the cameras and see vintage video equipment that will eventually form part of our Broadcast Engineering Museum. The Broadcast Engineering Conservation Group is working towards opening this museum to house our fantastic collection of broadcast equipment. Get a sneak peek at plans, including seeing some of the stars of our collection. See our working vintage cameras, historic video-tape and telecine equipment. All this is taking shape within the former sergeants’ mess at Hemswell Cliff, which played a vital role in World War Two.
