HODs – Stamford’s World War Two Heritage: A Walk and Talk with Chris Hunt

Under Stamford’s shops and offices are cellars which were converted as designated Air Raid Shelters in World War Two. Join local historian Chris Hunt on this ‘Walk and Talk’ and discover their location, as well as the site of the first Air Raid on the town.
